Any guesses on breed and possible age?

This is Miss Lady. She appeared in our yard one day and has been here for the last month. She has been living in our garage because our coop isn't finished yet
She is wearing a band but won't let us get close enough to read it
Anyone that could give me an idea as to what breed she may be and any guesses on age

She American Gamefowl.

She's probably an American Gamefowl, of the Black Breasted Red variety. It is hard to tell age with chickens, but I'd guess that she's 5-8 months old.
