Any guesses on breed?

agreed, on above... the pullet could be either a BJG or an Australorp depending on the color of the bottoms of the feet.
The rooster/cockerel is a red sex link.
The below pic shows the characteristics. Since a red sex link is a hybrid of two different breeds, just like a labradoodle, it can present more or less of those characteristics depending on how much it inherited from either. So, your cockerel has less red in the wing bars, but it is there. Along with the cream feathers.View attachment 1839575

I looked up both Jersey giant and the australorp, everything I've read points to them being a larger breed. She's pretty small, like a bantam size but doesn't look like it. She definitely has black feet. She's really skittish so I am unable to get a picture during the daytime
