Any hope for this leg?

Unfortunately this is not a new injury and really has not prevented her from doing whatever she wanted, including hanging out on the perch at night. But now that the roos HAVE figured out what hens are for, they terrorize her nonstop b/c they can catch her! And when they do, she screams as if in pain from their weight on her back -- or could be the beak pinch to the neck -- at any rate, the other hens just squeal, she sounds like she's dying. Do you think I could splint her leg in any way that'd help her be faster around the roos? At present, she pines the day away all alone in the coop b/c I can't let the roos near her!

Any thoughts?
Thanks, Karen

I would put another hen with her for company and seperate her from the roosters, for good. All they will do is to further injure her.

afraid I have to agree here as well... give her a couple friends and keep separate from the roos
