Hope, gives humans the drive to make it through the day?
When one looses hope, one looses the spirit in the heart and can't make move forward without it.
Keep calling & rattle the trear can.
Allow your grown ladies out of their coop while supervised. Thay way, they can make noises and the lost one can hear them.

Unfortunately, nothing. It rained last night so that probably wasn't good. Might do what @VickiesChicks suggests and let the moms out again (under supervision... I've learned my lesson).
