Any idea how old

I got these two pullets from the local 4H but wasn’t told an age. Any way to estimate or does anyone have a guess? Just want to know so I can track when they will start laying.

Pullets can lay anywhere from 16 weeks to 11 months, so knowing an exact age isn't going to tell you too much. What you can do is to start looking for signs that they are ready to lay. Red combs and wattles are a sign that chickens are getting close to laying. Squatting with wings to the sides when you are near or place your hand over/on her back is a good sign that laying is close (usually within 2 weeks). Here is a video that shows the typical squat.
