I have a male African gosling and I'm not sure the age, but he is we'll on his way of fully feathered. Now I have him in baby diapers which seemed OK at first, but he walks out of them now. I would like to get him a diaper harness that's pretty cheap. I need to order it a few sizes big because he's growing very quickly.

Nettie's diaper harnesses are the best!

I've used the adult size since my goose was about 6 weeks old. I adjusted the straps with safety pins, and it's been working out great so far (she's 3 months old today).

Oh, and by the way, I've been trying to figure out how your goose wears a diaper. Could you post a picture, please, I really have a hard time imagining how you do that.

I was wondering the same gg. a pic would be great.

Its a nightmare, really. He walks right out of them . I only put them on him now when I can hold him. He used to not mind when he was younger but now he really hates it. I might have one on her I can post, I'll get right to it.

Thank you for posting pics!

I see why he hates it - his tail feathers get bent and squished; must be really uncomfortable.

FYI, my vet told me grown geese may have trouble breathing if they lie on their backs. Their lungs are near their back, and their chest gets very heavy, making it a strain on them to breathe comfortably having to "lift" all that weight with each breath.
