I'm completely new to the forum world, so i hope i do this right.
Anyway, the feed store we got our chicks at is zero help. I have a cornish cross that was sold as an Orpington and a "extra chick they sent" -that's the answer when i asked what kind...anyway she appears to be Orpington...according to google.
Now my question, this was sold as a Rhode island red..but idk, so any ideas?

Her cheeks are fluffy compared to the others. I didn't really notice bc they're all "fluffy" but hers poof out more. And yes, i guess you could call her legs green. I thought gray, but maybe "gray" is actually chicken green lol

Is it normal for feed stores to have no idea what they're selling? I mean, i would think they'd had a general idea just from experience. I was aggravated at the cornish cross bc I've read how they can have a lot of health problems.

It's very normal for feed store employees to have no idea about the birds they sell, at least that's been my experience. I've had feed store employee's tell me you must have a rooster for the hens to lay eggs. Also been told poopy butt is normal and doesn't hurt the chicks at all. I even had an employee tell me the breed of ducklings there were selling were "Yellow". And you don't have to look very far around BYC to find stories where breeds were misidentified.

Absolutely. It is a prerequisite for their employees to be completely inaccurate and give incorrect advice.
Your extra looks like an EE to me as well.

Thank you! It doesn't really matter a whole bunch, they're for eggs, i don't really care what color. I was disappointed about the cornish cross bc she is sweet and it kinda makes me sad that she may not live long or have health issues. They free range from sun up to sun down and i keep their food somewhat limited (i promise i don't starve them) i feed them at night when they go to bed. They're grasshopper hunting champions.
I just wanted to know what breeds i had so i can google info about them. Like personality and traits yada yada..

Lol i love the yellow ducks i wonder of they ever stop to think how there are so many yellow baby ducks, but no big yellow one
I've noticed a lot of ppl buying hens and end up w a rooster. Idk i kinda feel like "you have ONE job" but i guess that job is really just to ring ppl up, not determine breed and sex of chickens
