Pretty chick. I'm only guessing, but maybe a porcelain d'uccle?

I'ts beautiful, but a bit too young to tell what it is. I don't think it's a Porcelain D'Uccle. It doesn't have enough feathers on it's shanks and feet. Maybe it's a mixed breed.

Is it a Bantam?
