Any idea what this is on my quails nose?

This quail has developed a bump on her nose. It doesn't seem to be bothering her but..way ideas on what it is or if I need to do anything?

Let me know if I need to get another pic...this is the work of my 7 year Olds photography skills.

Is it squishy or hard? It could be an abscess, but looks relatively normal? Ish?

Could be a sore from rubbing her face on a feed/water station. Feel the ports on your feed/water stations to make sure there's no rough edges.

Possibly a Papilloma, but afik, most just monitor those.
