Any thoughts on the genders of these two?
White (chirp) was sold to me as a chantecler and black and white (pip) was sold to me as an Easter egger.

Chirp is 6 weeks old and massive compared to pip. Pip is a runt and feathering in super slow, it's painful waiting and looks like an awkward vulture lol He/she is about 4 weeks now.

Chantecler looks like a cockerel. The super slow feathering of the other has me thinking cockerel as well. He/she doesn't look like an EE though.

What do you think pip is if not an EE?
I'm totally new to the chicken community

This is pip when I first got him
That could a number of crosses to look like that. Easter Eggers are mutts (crosses) so it is hard to tell what he could be.

The hackle feathers look pointy (as best as I can tell on the Chanticler. A sure sign of a young man...

I agree that Chirp is a Chantie cockerel; that's a colorful comb for his age.
Pip is kinda -gray- or -blue- and probably a cockerel too. Usually, but not always, EEs have muffs and green legs. This chick is still a puzzle to me. More opinions needed!
