Any ideas? Fungus? Old age?

This is one of my older girls (7) and I noticed she looked pale, but I'm thinking something besides just getting old/illness. Do you think fungus or something like it? She eats, poops and gets around like normal.

Check for possible mites. I noticed around the eyes,, kind of bare. Best to nip it in the bud,,, before it gets wide-spread.
