Any ideas of Breed??

Hi?? So i know my ladies are half EE, i have attached a photo of their dad... any idea what breed their other half might be??? Thanks in advance! They are 21 weeks old here.

I need more context... what hens do you have that could be possible mothers?

Btw they wouldn't be "half Easter egger" since EEs aren't a breed, just mutts that happen to lay blue/green eggs.

Unfortunately I purchased these and the lady I purchased them from hatched them and was unsure who their hen mothers might be... she has a lot of chickens... hence my dilemma... they are also now nearing the 24 week mark and combs are about red so thinking they are about to start laying, but not knowing the possible breeds, not sure when that might be possible either...

Yeah true, but at least I know what the rooster looks like! Lol!

The only thing I can add is that they do look a lot like black sex link hens, so maybe that was the mother. There's really no telling for sure, though. The rooster is very mixed.

They would probably lay soon. I have a big ol mutt flock myself so its hard to tell when birds reach maturity since some of my chicks will have ancestry from five different breeds of chicken.
