Any Ideas on introducing pullets to older ones?

I decided i am going to use 3 square foot dog house for now. I know I have 3 pullets but is it okay since they are still small?

Personally, the easiest thing is to put them in with the flock. Feed all flock, with calcium on the side.

WAY easier than your way, and eventually you want them all together, why not now?

I introduced my easters egger to the Rhode Islands Reds this morning, and now that I think about it, your right. It's not realistic to keep them separated for such a long time. Hopefully, feeding all flock will work out well. This was my first time ever introducing chickens to each other, so I didn't really know much.

I am about to introduce 8-week pullets to 16-week pullets and I already set out a poultry netting divider in the run. The problem is... Where do the 8-week pullets sleep in the run?? I don't want the young ones sleeping in the coop with the older pullets until they are 16-17 weeks old. I know that's a long time, but I want them to be the same size and eating the same feed (layer feed). Any ideas on making a small 9 square foot "coop" for three 8 week pullets, protected from the rain. I don't really want anything fancy.

Thank you BYC!
Have a separate eggs house where the nest boxes are.. They are attached with a little ramp with cleats.. Steep, if they can get up it, they are good to deal with the rest. That's where I toss them.. Worked so far.. and far is a long ways.
