Any ideas what this is under my goose’s wing?

I noticed my goose holding her wing out and thought she may have broke it. After checking her over I found this under her wing. I thought maybe it was an abscess but it isn’t super soft or squishy like most abscesses I’ve dealt with. She holds her wing out I assume to relieve the pressure on it when she folds her wing up. Any ideas or suggestions are much appreciated!

Is that dried blood on her wing? cant tell allot from the picture. But is it possible that something bit her or a prey bird got her with talons or a snake struck. Im seeing 2 spots that look like they could be punctures of some sort. I marked the 2 spots.

Would get some antibiotic cream on the area.

Any recommendations for a topical antibiotic? Or is this injectable?
