My Bantam is holding her tail up and to the side?? It also looks like she has a lump on her back/wing? She lets me hold her and eats/acts normal?? Strange!!

In the first picture can you see where her wing/back is raised?? And I felt all around on her back and wing can't "feel" anything but that side of her back doesn't lay flat or straight... I'll try and catch her to get another picture

It's right at the base of her wing... An then she holds her tail flopping to the other side???

How she feeling or acting? Does she seem sick, is she eating like a pig but not gaining weight? Does the tail feel broken? Are there any cuts, scratches or markings? Is there a rooster on the premises?

Seems to be acting VERY normal... I was able to manipulate her tail with no issues and she didn't seem to mind... no rooster... It's odd

I would check out the lump then, you said there's a lump on her back/wing?? I would examine that perhaps there's something in it causing the lump, or maybe she got stung by a bee or maybe bite by a spider or something, perhaps there's an infection going on with the lump. Not sure if it's related to the tail or not but if that's the only visible sign, I would definitely check into that more..
