My wife let the girls out this morn and in there rush one got pushed off the ramp and landed funny. Now she can't hardly stand and she drags one wing. And when she does stand she'll just tip over.
Dies it sound like a broken leg or something??

I'd bring her inside and make a little area for her to heal in. She could just be bruised or sore
Check the legs you will know if its broken usually it won't be right and likely turn colors if its broken. She likely hurt it but hopefully its not broken. Watch her carefully over the next few days and see if she improves. Did she hit her head at all or just landed on her leg funny? Hopefully the rest will do her some good and she will start improving with time. She could have a sprang? I hope this helps and hope she recovers soon!

Thanks all. I checked her over pretty good and it looks to me like her back toe might be broke. Witch is why she has poor balance

Pipecleaners can work as splints. ( got this info from storeys guide to raising chickens)
