Any "no-no's" to a coop's interior layout?

As we're drawing up plans, I may need to put the nesting boxes and pop door on the same wall if I want to make the nesting boxes accessible from the outside. Didn't know if there were certain areas that needed to be separate from each other.

Arrange the perches so that you don't have to walk under them at all..especially at night .Trust me.
