I'm just wondering if anyone else is observing pale comb and wattles? At the moment I am. I know there is a lot of weather change going on and is causing unusual molting and egg laying. My hens have a nice big area to run around in and nice shelter for the night. Also always have clean water and food around.

Yes, it usually starts in autumn on through winter when there's less sunlight resulting in molt and egg production slows or stops. When spring rolls around with longer daylight hours, comb and wattles turn red with blood indicating fertility with increased egg laying.
