Any one seen this Breed of Bantam before? Possibly a cross? Feathered legs?

Saw these at a swap. Not sure what they are. Two sets actually. One set is all black, both hen and rooster, with black legs and feathered shanks. Will have to look to see if it's on the toes too. Straight combs. The feathered legs are tripping me up. Don't know what color eggs she lays yet. And not sure what I look for to decide what breed is possible? Feet colors? Skin colors?

The second Set that was there was a Japanese black tail rooster paired with a white hen. The rooster looked right for the breed, the hen did not. She had feathered shanks and blue legs similar to a true Ameraucana. Straight comb. Any ideas? No egg color on her yet either.

Lastly are some Serama's. Two males to female. The females both look to be mottled? The males, I think one is mille fleur just not a good pattern on him and I'm unsure of what patterns are on ethe other one, looks like gold duck wing with something else maybe? Wasn't sure if they could be used in some projects I'm starting here....

Some look like mixes. Probably Japanese, d'uccles, and games. That would be my guesses.
What makes you say d'uccle? What I'm not understanding is the feathered legs. Bmi would say Serama or even old English on the two black ones if it wasn't for both having feathered legs. Then on the white hen with the Japanese black tail, I would also say possibly Serama due to the blue leg color but they don't have feathered legs either. Are there any common crosses with either of those breeds to make feathered legs or a breed used that has feathered feet? Both hens are solid colored. One white, one black. The white hen though I did notice very minimal light black in a few places that makes me think she actually could be a poorly color Japanese black tail hen, but again - the feathered legs do not fit that breed and her leg color is wrong. The roos legs are yellow. Both black birds have black legs.

I had thought I saw more feathers on the legs, but looking again I would disregard that guess.
I'm going to take better pictures tomorrow but I think the body types are wrong for any old English Game Bantams. I've had them and they didn't look like this nor were they this wide and definitely didn't have feathered feet
