Any possibilities besides mushy chick? Treatments?

I got 4 easter egger chicks one week ago today at TSC. Three of them have no problems whatsoever and are growing normally. One is visibly smaller, her abdomen is enlarged and there is a clicking type sound when she breathes. She also peeps just about constantly.
A couple of them had the beginnings of pasty butt last week, she being one of them. I was wondering if I could’ve possibly caused an infection in this one by not cleaning off her navel well enough?
She was pretty lethargic yesterday, so I separated her from her brood mates and I started giving her electrolytes and probiotics in her water and seems to have improved in activity. Other than the issues I mentioned, nothing is wrong. She eats, drinks and poops. She has a little trouble with balance occasionally, but I figure that’s just due to the size of her belly. She preens, stretches, cuddles, runs. But when she gets tired, she gets super tired and will stand in the same spot and sleep for a long time.

Any advice will be appreciated. I love this little baby and am trying to give her a fighting chance. My plan is to call a vet tomorrow and possibly get antibiotics for her.
EDIT: I also just got some VetRx and have given that to her for the clicking.

Was the navel open when you got her? That would be the only reason to be cleaning the navel. The navel isn't really visible at all is it?

Anything feel like air under the skin around the abdomen or vent?
No, her navel wasn’t visible really, none of theirs were. So I wasn’t concerned about that at all. Her abdomen is more solid in the middle and softer on the sides.
There’s nothing wrong around her vent that I can tell. No poop stuck anywhere except on the fluff below. I’m trying to get that off steadily. No clumps, just white runny poop that’s really messed in there. I’m probably going to have to actually run water over it instead of cotton balls. Thankfully she now poops normal poops that don’t really stick.

Ah, ok, I had wondered about the navel since you mentioned cleaning it.

I don't see any poop stuck to her. Is it blocking the vent?
If it's not blocking the vent, then I would leave it, it will wear off or come off as she loses the fluff.

What does her poop look like? You can give her poultry vitamins like Poultry Nutri-Drench twice a day to give her a boost. For a chick that size, I would give 2-3 drops twice a day.

Clicking can be from a number of things. If she's runty, her air sacs may not be quite developed well enough. It's possibly she may be failure to thrive.
Do the best you can to keep her drinking and eating and see how it goes.

Sorry I wasn’t clear!🤦🏽‍♀️ I read this one article that said it could be caused by “well meaning people”. So I didn’t know if I was ignorant and pushed some poop around it and gave her an infection.
No her vent is clear, so that was my original plan with them as I didn’t want to stress them out by cleaning unnecessarily. As long as the vent was clear I wasn’t worried.
Her poop now is dark and normal looking, sometimes it’s runnier but mostly more solid like the others. It’s just smaller, but since she’s smaller I don’t figure that’s an issue.
She hates the Vet Rx, I put it in water and I got her to take a few drinks, but after that she fought it. Okay, I will get some Nutri-Drench today, thank you!
So far, I don’t have to make her eat or drink, thankfully. She’s kind of a pig when I put her food in, dumps it all over and goes crazy over it.
Have you seen failure to thrive chicks make it ever? Thank you so much for your replies!

I wouldn't put the VetRx in the water if she's refusing. It's like Vick Vapor Rub. If you feel she may benefit from it, consider some of the other methods of application. A dot of it rubbed on the beak or under the wings, etc. I'll link you to full instructions on how Vet Rx can be used. She's tiny, so I would use it sparingly!

If she's eating/drinking on her own, a little piggy, pooping...she's thriving.
Failure to thrive chicks will stop eating/drinking and shut down.

Oh that’s amazing, thank you!! I will definitely try to apply some sparingly for her lungs.
I couldn’t get any Nutri-Drench today, but they’ll call me when they have some.
