Any ringed teals in Canada

Would anyone have ringed teals in Canada?

I just lost my male and was looking to have a mate for my female.

Try POPWA(Prarie Ornamental Pheasant and Waterfowl Association), not sure where you are located but they have lots of breeders listed with ringed teals in western/central Canada(BC to Manitoba).
I think they got a website, dont have time to look it up right now, but should be locatable to google.
