Any Salmon Faverolles Experts?

I have a 2-week-old salmon faverolles that is showing good wing development with both some black with white tips and salmon feathers. I've been told that you can sex these birds rather early. This is supposed to be a female. Being a hatchery quality bird, it complicates things a bit. Any thoughts?

Look for black chest feathers. That indicates male. Chest feathers should show up soon. My male SF had early comb color by 3 weeks. Females did not.
