Any sewing activities with no fabric i can do?

I love sewing, even though im only in middle school. i have needles, thread, and absolutely no fabric. Please give me a few ideas!! i have been brought to sewing sock holes AND am out of socks!!!

You can also use old clothes that are sort of nice but that you don't ever wear. Cut them carefully on the seems and then you have fabric. You could combine a few things to make a new item.

I often purchase item's at garage sales and thrift store's for recycling.I make DIY workout/ dance/ swimwear and used to make a lot of my daughter's Gothic clothing.Fabric is quite expensive so if you want to make a test garmet or any sewed item using recycled item's are inexpensive.You can add trim's ribbon's bows button's to thing's and bring an old item back to life cheaply.

Love the idea of recycling clothes, a friend buys clothes at yard sales and thrift stores just for the fabric. A little work to get the seams out but wha la! Fabric. I would pm Verlaj and take her up on the fabric offer. That is very generous and it's always extra special to have fabric donated to our craft.

I just made flannel night shirts and pajama sets from 2nd hand store bought flannel sheets....they cost me less than $5.
