Any specific cause for this skin rash?

Hi, we discovered bumblefoot in one of our small flock about three weeks ago, and treated it successfully using advice from this website and from Reddit. Then, thinking about a blackberry bramble patch that grows inside the run, and an old pile of blackberry cuttings we left in the run and forgot about, we inspected all the other chickens for bumblefoot as well -- and found three others with less advanced cases. We were already planning to move the entire chicken run to a new, blackberrry-free area this fall, and we have made it priority number one; they should all be moved by the end of next weekend.

One of these birds, when we inspected her feet, we discovered a huge skin rash on her breast that we never would have noticed otherwise. We are not sure what to make of it, but we are very alarmed. She does not act sick. The feathers along the border of the bald area are matted and dirty and the scabby area does seem to smell a little. Does this look like something familiar to more experienced chicken keepers out there?

We have isolated her inside away from the other chickens but are unsure of how to proceed. My roommate/farm partner, to whom the chickens belong, decided to give her a chicken-sized dose of amoxicillin daily (15mg per kg body weight = 50mg), which we divided out very carefully from a 500mg human capsule leftover from a tooth infection.

She seems to be eating and drinking normally at the moment. Her poop is runny today, but it has been normal overall. It might be a side effect of the antibiotic?
