Any Thoughts? Tips?

Just wanted to see if I could get some advice on what possibly this could be? How to treat it? I understand about fly strike and all. We sprayed it with an cleanser for poultry, just not sure what to do next. Any tips?

I’m not sure at all, we are totally stumped. This one has been a trooper since day one. She wasn’t eating, drinking, walking, etc. we’ve nursed her back to health she’s about four months old now and now this. We’ve been treating it, but not sure do we pick the scab off or just let it heal on it’s own? Is there an ointment that is recommended? Thanks for any tips/feedback.
