Any treatmen?

Hello.. I am wondering if there is anything I can do for, what seems to spraddle leg in one of meat chickens whois about 5 weeks old?

Because meat birds have such explosive growth, they quickly wear out their parts inside & out. I don't know if making hobbles out of bandaids would help - unless the bird started dieting and having less stress on bones & ligaments, etc.
