anybody know what breed this is??

this is blue, we got her this friday, and they told us that she was a blue silkie, but i'm starting to have doubts about that... she has black skin, but her feathers are the same as my other silkie

Doesn't look like Silkie feathering to me... I'd say it was a Lavender D'Uccle, but since it has black skin......

Oh and it's a rooster.

Definately a Rooster. Definately NOT a Silkie.

It is sort of shaped like a d'Uccle, but no beard and if it has black skin that rules that out too. It may be a mix of some sort.

skin looks pink from the patch I can see in the pic so I would say Lavender d'Uccle.

he has some pink, but from what i've seen it looks black, unless its just from where his new feathers are...

My guess a silkie mixes, bet the owner incubated an egg from a blue silkie, but some other rooster breed her. Reason black skin.

He is a little cutie pie. I agree with other posters. Feathering does not look silkie and no topknot. But it does have the shape of a d'Uccle but without the beard. Feet look like d'Uccle. How many toes?

ETA: I also think he is a boy.
