Anyone butcher and sell Pheasant meat?

Pheasants are sold in every aspect,eggs,chicks,feathers, adults,meat,hunting and for taxidermy.And I'm sure there are other uses.Very versatile birds.I'm sure you would have to have USDA inspectors,food license and other state requirments to do so.Seems like more of a hassle then a good business,but then again,people do it.
