I will be buying a few. $10 worth will buy a a few minutes of dreaming how to spend it until every day life ushers back in. Who cares if you have a better chance getting bitten by a shark on multiple occasions than winning Powerball. My criteria if I don't win, I hope someone I know wins,like someone from this site or someone who truly needs it or deserves it and then helps others with the money.
