I can't speak for green blood, but I'd believe that age range and that'd mean it's too young to really tell. Given the primaries color, I might guess boy, but given those heavy black tips on some of the shoulder feathers at this age I could see girl (especially if there is green blood mixed in, that always muddies things like this).

OP if the bird isn't 3 months at least, give it some more time. If it's over 3 months, then yeah, probably a boy.
