There are two kinds of peafowl bred here, India Blue and Java Green. Blues are the ones you think of when you think of peacocks, but a lot of people breed the two together for various reasons. An india blue chick with a little bit of java green blood will grow and look differently than a pure india blue bird. In your case, either way your bird is too young to really really sex, I'd wait another couple of weeks to be sure. If there's any java green blood in them, then you'll need to wait even longer to be absolutely sure.
