Copied from the guinea forum, where there must not be anyone nearby:
Help!! Need a home for Guinea Fowl in San Jose, California.
Two birds have adopted my friend and client's property in the Rose Garden Area, San Jose, California. One of the birds was subsequently killed by a predator, probably a hawk or raccoon. We are concerned about the safety of the remaining animal. We have spoken with wildlife control and understand that they would euthanize the bird, and we do not want to have this happen.
If anyone out there can offer a home, or has a suggestion how we can place this bird, it would be appreciated.
Thanks You, Hank
