Anyone else having problems with Collapsible Wire Products?

I was wondering if anyone else was having problems with the company Collapsible Wire Products. I ordered and paid for $600 worth of Poultry cages from them back in April and they haven't sent the cages and refuse to answer phone call and e-mails.
