Anyone else own an xbox 360?

I bought and repaired an xbox 360 for $49.50. Was wondering if anyone owns one and what are the best games for it??? I got...

Gears of war 2
saints row 2
ghostbusters
resident evil 5
left for dead

I plan on getting halo 3 next. Also since I am new to the 360 I need some friends

We own one. We mostly play Halo xbox live.

We also use it for our Netflix account. Its nice to download a lot of free stuff to watch, TV series movies and such.

Of course, we're in our 40's so not a lot of people our age playing halo.

Yes we have Halo3. We're looking forward to seeing what the ODST is like. We did not buy Halo wars as the online play was single player and we like the split screen cooperative play.

we have Gears of war but rarely play it as we prefer the graphics and shooter perspective on Halo3 better.

ODST is shaping up to be a really good lookin' game. Halo wars is a game I would play when I am bored. Halo reach will be the last halo and I am sad to see it go but its time for something new IMO. I dont mind having older friends to play with on the 360. I had mixed ages a long time ago when I used to play my brothers 360. I was the best at call of duty 3 online.

How do you get the discount? I know on newegg.com and ebay.com they have the full year for 39.99 with free shipping. I really want the full year but I want to mod my console to make it cooler (Adding new fans and a new case).

when we signed up online at xbox live it gave us the option of a discount for purchasing a full year instead of month to month. Maybe they don't offer it all the time?
