Anyone else waiting for spring in Minnesota??

I have been reading the posts about new coops, morning glorys, and all other things spring. It is hard to even think about spring when we had snow flurries here this morning! I have lots of big spring plans...new coop, we are getting two piglets, nice large garden... I guess I will just have to be patient. Any one else out there from Minnesota with cabin fever. What are you doing to cure your blues????

I am desperately waiting for spring...but in South Dakota

I am sooo tired of this long winter. The one thing I'm not looking forward to is the mud though-with 3 boys to track it in

I want to get my coop completely cleaned out-especially after this winter, and having the birds cooped up so much, planning on getting two goat doelings, and we were also talking about getting a couple of piglets. The pastor of our old church offered my FIL 10 pigs (35 lbs) for $10 each, his sow had them several weeks ago, and now with corn prices going up, he doesn't want to feed them out. I about had a fit when I heard he told him no, but I guess he doesn't want to feed them $5 corn either

Sorry to say, but I am glad I moved away from Minnesota! I was born and raised up there... and now in Kentucky, I still have green grass, and will be starting all our plants inside shortly.

I'm sorry to rub it in..... but if it makes it any better, we got almost 2 inches of snow last night, and they closed all the schools!!!! (It did all melt today though with the sun shining....)

My kids are going to love that!
