Anyone ever disassemble and move "The Garden Coop"?

I'm planning a move into the country (or at the very least to a house with a yard) and would like to build a large version of "The Garden Coop" but the only hitch is that we only rent, so its likely that in a year or two, we'll be moving again. I hate to keep my chickens penned up in their lovely but small Catawba Converticoops that whole time.

I was wondering if the Garden Coop could be designed right from the start to be be easier to just unscrew panels for flat packing on the moving van. Am I asking too much of this design? I'd love to hear opinions.
