Anyone From SAN ANTONIO TEXAS?

My husband has a job interview next week with a company in San Antonio. Can anyone give me some info on the area...demographics, traffic, best schools etc?

Welcome to Texas (I hope).

I am about 50 miles north of San Antonio in San Marcos. I am not that familiar with San Antonio, but there are a lot of SA members on BYC.

HEllo from Kingsland texas. Just moved here from far north Texas. Brought 35-40 big chickens all kinds only hens. 9 silkie hens and one frizzle hen. I won't have roos..too disruptive I have had trouble with some of my chickens being unable to walk. They end up dying. Where I moved from if you asked your vet about a chicken you were laughed out of town...I received some helpful info tonight from a sweet chicken lover near Fredericksburg. .any of you have any ideas about this delima I'm so gals you were suggested to me [/B]
