I agree with ThePolishPrincess. They're extremely calm, docile, sweet birds. I absolutely adore my Chicky Baby. I don't free range my girls anymore after a hawk attack (the victim made a full recovery!) but when I did I can tell you that she was horrible at it! She'd get lost in the yard and not be able to find her way back to the flock. She'd just stand in one spot, screaming her poofy little head off! Very easy target for any predatory animal. All in all, I think they're a great breed! If I had the room for more I'd definitely get more.
