I have a Black Copper Marans rooster I'd like to breed to my Welbar hen. I'm actually looking to get one cockeral from that cross, but of course would like some females as well. Anyone got pictures of this cross?

Must be rare for folks to breed those as I looked here and the web for pictures and found one post here you already saw, but nothing else with pictures.

Here's an interesting way for figuring out genetics and things: https://kippenjungle.nl/sellers/page1.html

I guess if nothing else, you could hatch some of those and show pictures for anyone else ever wondering what they'd look like!

It's funny that someone just responded to this post because about an hour ago I decided he'd be leaving one way or another. My Olive Egger rooster just about killed him for me about an hour ago. If I don't do it, my other rooster will.

I feel badly when I see someone post a question and a week or more goes by without an answer, so I try my best to find out for them. I really did try hard! Sorry you have a homicidal rooster though!

Thanks. I separated them. I have a local guy who takes in roosters. I'll call him first.
