Anyone hatched silkies I have questions :)

My silkie pullet has been siting on eggs around 21 days what's the signs that they are about to hatch? She has been non stop on them . I just watched her get up and go out and ate some grass then went right back on them.. this is my first time thanks

Went out earlier she had pushed a rotten egg out :/ I hope the rest are good
