I have a rooster that I hatched out of a blue egg. I am trying to get a good guess on what breed he is because I am thinking of breeding my chickens! I have 1 pic and I can go take more if needed!

Not an expert, just a guess.
Possibly an egger / easter egger.
Perhaps has a crested cream legbar ancestor (can't tell if he has a crest, but it's difficult to see on roosters) but doesn't follow CCL colors.

He may or may not have the blue eggshell gene. You can test for that if that's important to you.

He's gorgeous
He'd be quite flashy strutting around the yard

What hens do you have that lay blue? What's your rooster that bred that hen(s)?
We got the fertilized eggs from a friend… she had gave us some eggs and an incubator. He was the only blue layer that hatched and obviously he didnt lay. 🤣😭

I really dont know anything about the parents. She had 35 hens and 5 roos so it is hard to say.

Then unfortunately it's going to be hard to identify your rooster. He's basically an Easter Egger, a mixed breed, a "mutt," or a Back Yard Mix (BYM). But he sure is pretty! No way of knowing what he'll pass on to his offspring, but it could sure be fun to hatch out of him and see what you get. Some nice Great American Random-Breds!

He kind of looks Golden Campine so that is my best guess.
I don’t know about the size so I’m not a hundred percent sure.
The colors & patterns in his feathers are wrong for a Golden Campine. For example, he has a black breast when Campines would have gold & black in the breast. His hackle feathers have black & white barring, when Campines would have solid gold hackles.

His legs are also the wrong color.
