anyone have cinnamon queens when do they start laying

I have 2 CQ and they are 19 wks...nothing yet although they look really close if not already laying. They free range so it could be I haven't tripped across their nests yet... I'll keep you posted though

I keep think the CQ and Faverolle are going to lay anytime. The faverolle has been squatting for a while.

They are in a run, so I would see the eggs.

i have 6 1 week olds i heard the lay early like 17 weeks any truth to it.

They can start laying around 4 months of age and lay between 200-300 eggs per year. Downside is, they have short life spans usually around 3-5 years.
