Anyone in North Dakota? Need help with New Hatched Chicks

Hi All!
I'm wondering if anyone out in BYC world is from North Dakota.

I am looking for some help with newly hatched chicks. I tried mail order chicks and only one survived the shipping

. I would like to find little chicky a friend or two locally so I don't have to risk shipping more up to the tundra right now.

Anyone out there who can help me out? I will of course pay for them, and even pick them up.

Hi and welcome to BYC from northern Michigan

So sorry you had shipping problems - probably the best place to post is in the North Dakota thread. Some of the feed supply stores are starting to carry spring chicks too, so calling around may be helpful. You can give your chick a stuffed toy or feather duster to cuddle with in the meantime.
