I need to find someone to take care of my chickens for the winter... or they go in soup... Have a week to find someone. Just seems like such a shame to kill a bunch of young chickens - 5 haven't started laying yet (about 12 weeks old), 2 started laying in May, and another 5 are 2yo.

Sigh.
