: Last time we had terrible leaks, and even our roof shredded up by a storm, FEMA did absolutely nothing about it - And our insurance paid us $300 to fix the roof.

- So in the end we finally had to put our own money together, and got our house re-roofed. It's shiny new metal now, and hasn't leaked since.
