Is there anyone in the area of the Surprise/Wittmann border area of Arizona keeping pigeons. I know someone very near us keeps a large flock of homers. I see them flying now and again but I don't know who it is and thought maybe they'd be on this site. Trying to find a lost pigeon's owner. No band and he's certainly not a homer.
