Anyone know of person in NE Kansas who I can hire to process chickens?

I am looking for someone I can hire in NE Kansas to come to my place and teach me (through demonstration) how to kill and process chickens. Any suggestions?

I'm looking to get them in mid-late August and process 2 moths after we receive them. I'd like to see a videotape. I'd gladly pay for the tape and shipping. How far are you from KC? I'm in Lawrence...
