Anyone know the breed and gender?

I think it may be a female Austrolorp, just got them today to join my flock but the breeder wasn't sure of their breed or gender

The yellow legs aren't right for an Australorp, which is a white skinned breed. I think it is probably a mixed breed. Too early to tell gender. 6 weeks is a good starting point.

Difficult to tell breed or gender at this point, you should post more pictures when the chick is older.
