Anyone know the correct amount of Duramycin-10 to put in one gallon?

Feed store gave me Duramycin-10 but instructions are confusing. I don't want to break it down wrong and harm the chicks. A friend told me 2 tablespoons/gallon. I read 1 teaspoon/gallon on a post. There's a big difference there. I had to give some to a chick already and did so at the 2 tablespoons/gallon ratio. I hope it doesn't make things worse! Can you overdose them on this? Please help!

Forgot to say that friend told me to water all well chicks with the medicated water as well. Don't want to harm them either-so I really want to be sure I am doing this right.
