Anyone know what breed this beautiful gray hen is?

She could be a hatchery quality blue Orpington, but that is way more unlikely. She is definitely not a blue Andalusian as those have white ear lobes and your hen has red.

This is our Blue Andalusian. She is around 3 yo (little more), and survived alone in the forest for 8 months after she escaped a fox attack we had last year.
Early this summer she found the way back home and we found her at our door trying to jump over the fence back to the coop. Amazing hen <3
